Riverside, Ca-  On March 17, 2005, officers of the Riverside Police Department’s School Resource Officer Unit responded to the 6500 block of 45th Street in Rubidoux to serve an arrest warrant for 647 (A) PC / Lewd Acts in Public. The investigation was immediately coordinated with officials from the Riverside Unified School District. A thorough investigation was conducted that resulted in the arrest of Vint Shurtliff (42 years) of Rubidoux. Shurtliff was booked into Riverside County Jail on the warrant.
