Riverside, Ca-  On March 6, 2005 at about 3:30am, officers from the Riverside Police Department responded to the 7600 block of Lincoln Avenue regarding a gunshot victim. On arrival they found a Hispanic male adult lying near the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his upper torso.

Riverside Fire Department personnel responded to the scene and treated the victim before he was taken via ambulance to Riverside Community Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of his family by the Riverside County Coroner’s office.
