Riverside, Ca-  On Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at 1841 hours, four male juveniles were observed by a Riverside Police Officer tagging a wall to a business in the 2000 block of Spruce Street in the City of Riverside. A further investigation revealed that several other locations in the immediate area had been tagged by the four juveniles within a short period of time and were associated with a known “Tagger Group”. All four juveniles were arrested on the following charges:

1. 594(b)(1) P.C. – Vandalism (Felony)
2. 182 P.C. – Conspiracy (Felony)
3. 594.2(a) – Possession of Tools to Commit Vandalism (Misdemeanor)

Information regarding the juvenile suspects is as follows:

1. Male Juvenile, 16 years old, Riverside
2. Male Juvenile, 15 years old, Riverside
3. Male Juvenile, 14 years old, Riverside
4. Male Juvenile, 13 years old, Riverside
