Pimping and Prostitution Arrests
Riverside, Ca- Detectives Chris Lanzillo and
Darren Wooley of the Riverside Police Department’s VICE Unit were on covert
patrol along University Avenue when they detained two females and one male
engaged in behavior that was consistent with prostitution. The male was
identified as MIGUEL ANTONIO HILARIO, DOB 9-29-74, of Moreno Valley. He
was cited and released for PC 653.22 (LOITERING WITH INTENT TO COMMIT
PROSTITUTION). The females, one of which was a 15 yr. old juvenile, were
transported to the Riverside Police Department for further investigation.
The adult female was identified as TYRISHA MEDRE HAYNES, DOB 4-24-82, of Los
Angeles. She was cited and released for PC 653.22 (LOITERING WITH INTENT TO
COMMIT PROSTITUTION). The juvenile female had an outstanding Welfare and
Institutions Code warrant and was released to the custody of Child Protective
Services.
Subsequent follow up investigation lead the Vice Unit detectives and members of
the West County Narcotics Task Force to a motel in Moreno Valley. While there,
they gathered evidence and arrested an adult male identified as DAVIYON LAMAR
MONSON, DOB 2-7-74, of Los Angeles. He was booked into the Robert Presley
Detention Center on the following charges:
1. PC 266 h. (PIMPING)
2. PC 266 j. (PROCUREMENT OF A CHILD UNDER 16 YRS. FOR LEWD AND
LASCIVIOUS ACTS)
3. PC 288 (c)(1) (LEWD AND LASCIVIOUS ACTS INVOVLING CHILDREN)
The Riverside Police Department will continue to patrol
University Avenue and aggressively investigate all illegal activity, including
Vice related crime.
