Riverside, Ca- On Tuesday, December 14, 2005, law enforcement officers in Hope, Arkansas arrested Jerron Henderson, 18, of Moreno Valley in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at Alessandro Liquor in Riverside on December 5, 2005.

During the commission of the robbery, an employee at the store shot Henderson’s accomplices Marshawn Burns and Jaray Christy. Burns died as a result of his injuries and Christy, who was arrested on December 7, is still hospitalized in the jail ward at Riverside County Regional Medical Center while he recovers from his injuries.

During the investigation Riverside Police detectives developed information that resulted in the identification of Henderson as the driver of the getaway vehicle. Subsequently, an arrest warrant for robbery was issued for Henderson. Detectives contacted the Hope Police Department in Hope, Arkansas after learning that Henderson formerly resided there. Hope police officers went to the address listed on Henderson’s Arkansas driver’s license and arrested him without incident.
