Riverside, Ca- At about 4:11pm on Saturday, December 3, 2005, officers of the Riverside Police Department responded to the area of Streeter and Sunnyside in regard to a subject down with one or more gunshot wounds. The victim, a Hispanic male juvenile, 15 years of age from Riverside, was transported to Riverside Community Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Investigation revealed the victim and another subject were approached by one or more persons who, for unknown reasons, fired one or more shots, striking the victim at least once.

Detectives from the General Investigations Bureau are investigating and no arrests have been made.
