Riverside, Ca- On Thursday
November 6, 2003 at 10:37 P.M. the Riverside Police Officers responded to the
1700 block of Loma Vista Street after several citizens called to report the
sounds of gunshots. Upon arrival officers located a 23 year-old Riverside man
lying in a driveway. He had sustained several gunshot wounds to his upper body.
He was transported to Riverside Community Hospital where he was pronounced
deceased. The Riverside County Sheriff Coroner will release his identity after
his family has been notified.
Several witnesses said they saw 3 to 4 Hispanic males run from the area. They
might have left the area in a dark colored minivan.
