Fatal Injury Collision

Riverside, Ca-  At 1515 hours, officers from the Riverside Police Department responded to the 9900 block of Indiana in reference to a traffic collision involving a vehicle and pedestrian. The driver of the vehicle was traveling westbound Indiana when a female pedestrian ran across Indiana and into the path of the car. The pedestrian was a white female adult approximately 60 years old. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The Major Accident investigation team responded to the scene and took over the investigation. The cause of the accident is pending further investigation.
