September 5, 2002, at around 3:36 pm., a male African American 18
to 25 years old walked into the Guaranty Bank at 5395 Canyon Crest and presented
a demand note. The teller gave the subject an unknown amount of cash and a dye
pack. The subject then ran out of the bank and the dye pack exploded. The
subject dropped the money and it was recovered in the parking lot of a nearby
business. The subject was seen leaving in a small white foreign made car and was
last seen in the area of Central and the 60 freeway.
