Riverside, Ca-  Chief Russ Leach is pleased to announce the promotions of the following Riverside Police Department personnel:

Ed Blevins Police Lieutenant
Ken Raya Police Lieutenant
Rusty Stump Police Sergeant

George Masson Police Sergeant
Patty Masson Police Detective
Frank Orta Police Detective

Chief Leach will hold formal promotion/badge pinning ceremony on Wednesday, November 6, 2002 at 1:30 p.m. in the Riverside City Council Chambers.
