Riverside, Ca- On 121002, officers from the
Riverside Police Department were dispatched to a home in the 6000 block of
Mitchell. On arrival the officers found a male adult holding another male in a
headlock in the front yard of the residence. The male being restrained was not
conscious and the patrol officers radioed for an ambulance. The injured man was
taken to a local hospital where he expired.
At this time the investigation is ongoing. The decedent’s name is being withheld
pending notification of next of kin.
