Injuries: Major internal injuries. Treated by the emergency room medical staff @ Riverside Community Hospital

Narrative: At approximately 5:30 PM this evening a vehicle driven by Ms. Maupin collided with Ms. Sangalang. Ms. Maupin was exiting a private drive on Chicago Av. S/of University Av. Ms. Sangalang was walking N/on Chicago from Twelfth St. on the side walk.

As Ms. Maupin exited the drive she collided with Ms. Sangalang. Ms. Sangalang was treated at the scene by personnel of the Riverside Fire department and AMR. She was transported to RCH and treated by the emergency room medical staff.

The collision is being investigated by the Riverside Police Department Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT)
