Livability Issues

The Assembly Public Safety Committee unanimously passed AB 1686.  Assembly Member Medina  introduced AB 1686 alongside witnesses, Riverside City Councilman, Mike Gardner and Riverside Assistant Deputy Chief of Police, Jeffery Greer, who supported the measure in the Committee. "By extending the trespassing arrest authorization form from six to twelve months, private property owners can keep their properties free from unwanted individuals," said Medina. "In addition, the process is streamlined by allowing owners to file this necessary form once a year."
