9801400-463406 from Proceeds of the 2007 Certificate of Participation
Issuance to fund construction, additions, engineering, inspections, and
20% project contingency for the Main Street Pedestrian Mall
rehabilitation improvements.
- Award a contract for construction services to Elite Bobcat Services for
$6,900,000 (Bid No. 6521).
- Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any and all
documents on behalf of the City, including making minor, non-substantive
changes necessary to award this contract and complete the project.
