The Street Services
Division's mission is to provide safe and well maintained designated
public rights-of-way in a fiscally responsible manner and to provide
support services to other City Departments to further the goals
of the City. |
Administration
and Support:
The Administration and
Support Division is responsible for overseeing the various activities
that make up the division. It provides budgetary control and direction,
establishes priorities, provides administrative support, coordinates
with other city and non-city agencies and deals directly with
the public pertaining to street service matters.

Maintenance:
The primary goal of the Street Maintenance Division is to provide
maintenance for adequate public infrastructure to ensure the safe,
efficient movement of vehicluar and pedestrian traffic.
In addition, the Street Mainenance Division strives to promote
a healthful environment through weed and vector control. |

clean and well maintained designated public streets |
