The Administration Division of the Public Works Department is responsible for overseeing the operations of the various divisions which make up the Department. It provides policy guidelines, establishes project priorities, provides administrative support for the various divisions, deals directly with the public on various Public Works matters, presents reports to City officials and official bodies, and coordinates the activities of the overall organization.
