SIGHT OBSTRUCTIONS
Motorists can have their view of on-coming traffic blocked by many obstacles. Some causes of sight obstructions are trees and bushes, fences or parked vehicles. Our Traffic Engineering Division needs your help in identifying sight obstructions so that we can promptly respond and remedy the problem.
The City will trim and remove any foliage in the public right-or way that blocks traffic signs, traffic signals, intersections or pedestrian walkway areas.
Residents can also contribute to traffic safety by keeping trees and bushes trimmed so that drivers views of traffic conditions are not obstructed.
