When a traffic signal is not working, all drivers approaching the intersection must stop at the intersection, then proceed when safe. The intersection operates like a multi-way stop sign controlled intersection when the signal is not working.

 

Time Limit Parking applies to the entire block or parking lot for a 24-hour period. For example:  you cannot park in a 2-hour zone in the morning and then later in the afternoon park again in the same 2-hour zone.

15 mph is the speed limit in all alleys.  Signs do not need to be posted for this speed limit to be in effect.

 

Two-Way Left-Turn lanes, are exclusively for left-turns and u-turns. It is illegal to use the lane as a driving lane or to use it to overtake and pass slower traffic.
