Land Development

The Land Development section of Public Works Engineering is staffed by a team of civil engineers and development service representatives. We provide important information and services to property owners and developers. Anyone who is developing or redeveloping their property within the City of Riverside should contact Land Development at (951) 826-5341.

In addition to providing public information, we help you by issuing permits, processing plan drop-offs and pickups, handling research requests, explaining department services and directing you to appropriate Public Works contacts.
