Housing Element Update 2014-2021
The Housing Element of the General Plan 2025 addresses neighborhood quality,
the supply and quality of housing, housing assistance, and special needs. Through the General
Plan document, the city has a mandate to improve quality of life through housing, parks, land use,
public services, transportation, etc.
