Planning is open for walk-in customers Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. We are located in City Hall on the third floor. For better service, we recommend you call 826-5371 for an appointment.
The City of Riverside is located near the junction of the 60, 91, and 215 Freeways at 3900 Main Street in downtown Riverside. Exit University Avenue from the 91 Freeway or Market Street from the 60 Freeway.
