University Avenue Specific Plan
University Avenue is one of the City's most important gateways bringing traffic from two freeway off-ramps leading to the University of Riverside and intersecting downtown Riverside. It has a long history of growth and recession based on peripheral businesses in the past and has been a part of many development and improvement plans over the years.
