Encompassing 531 acres in the western portion of the City of Riverside, the overall plan concept for the La Sierra University Specific Plan envisions a "mixed-use" community. This community would accommodate the expansion of the La Sierra camplus and development of the University's surplus lands, located east and south of the existing campus, to help suport the University's endowment.
