Annexation 106 - East Blaine

The proposed annexation area consists of approximately 1,490 acres bounded by Columbia Avenue on the north, Gernert Road on the south, the existing City limits on the west and the Sphere of Influence boundary on the east. The proposed annexation is an inhabited area.

On April 19, 2005, the City Council authorized staff to proceed with the steps necessary for annexing this territory into the City of Riverside.

A community meeting was held on May 16, 2007 to introduce the project to property owners.

A Plan for Services will be developed for the annexation area.
