The Park and Recreation Master Plan Update is a comprehensive report addressing the adequacy of Riverside’s park and recreation facilities, as well as future needs and opportunities. This report also addresses the Trails Master Plan and makes recommendations to the trails system as it pertains to park, recreation and open space connections. The Master Plan will also serve as a resource for the update of the City’s Park, Recreation and Open Space elements of the General Plan.
