The Carol M.White Physical Education Program (PEP) Grant program operates at all Riverside and Alvord Unified School District middle schools. This program focuses on increasing physical activity through innovative fitness programs and expands student knowledge of healthful eating during the PRIME Time after-school program. Come and join the fun!

WalkingA Walk in the Park
Free - Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 pm
Your family is invited to take a Walk in the Park. There's no doubt about it,walking is good for you. It's good for your heart, it's good for your lungs, it's good for the muscle and bone growth of your children and it's good for your feeling of wellbeing! Join us at the beautiful Fairmount Park Bandshell (2601 Fairmount Blvd.)

Mobile Recreation Program
This program offers free supervised recreational activities at neighborhood parks throughout Riverside for youth ages 5 and up.The Mobile Recreation program Activitiesprovides a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, sports, group games, and more. Calendars of activities are available at your nearest community center and at the City of Riverside Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department. Private rentals are also available! Water AerobicsWater Aerobics
Free (pool admission fee applies) - Bobby Bonds/Sippy Woodhead Pool on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-7pm
The water provides a great workout for aerobic and musculoskeletal conditioning and protects joints from the impact of traditional aerobics. Join us for this all new family workout program.
