The Solander Center opened its doors in October 2004. The center is located at Bryant Park in the Arlanza neighborhood off Van Buren Blvd. and Philbin Avenue. The Solander Center consists of the WIC Office, Arlanza Child Development Center, and the Solander/Arlanza Youth and Family Resource Center.
