12th & Chicago Single Family Development

The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside had partnered with Mary Erickson Community Housing, a nonprofit affordable housing developer, and John Laing Homes to develop six homes that were sold at an affordable housing price to six families that met HUD's income qualifications.

The homes are located at 1744 through 1794 12th Street in Riverside. The three- and four-bedroom homes were sold for approximately $192,000 - $220,000, which is below market rate.
