Mayor Loveridge recommends the City Council receives and file a summary report on goals and outcomes of a Sister City visit to Gangnam-Gu, Republic of Korea during the month of October 2010. The City of Riverside and the City of Gangnam-Gu have been Sister Cities since July 1999.
