Arts Walk at the Library 2008
First Thursday of each month, ongoing 6:30-8:30 pm

Get creative at these free monthly programs for adults every first Thursday of the month. Part of Riverside Downtown's Arts Walk on First Thursdays, featuring over 22 participating arts venues — art museums, galleries, and studios—open free to the public. Enjoy art and make some of your own to take home! This activity is free and participants may join the group at any time.

March 6: Candy Egg Box

Turn a plain cardboard egg into a beautiful lidded treasure box. Participants will be able to decorate a variety of boxes with spring/Easter images, fancy papers and trims. This activity is free and participants may join the group at any time.

April 3: Spring Blooms

Learn to fashion flowers from ribbons to welcome Spring.

May 1: Paper Doll

Celebrate your mother or yourself with this whimsical project.

June 5: Duct Tape Wallet

Make a usable wallet from brightly-colored duct tape.
