:: Downtown Library Design and Community Input

The Riverside Public Library is proud to announce that the design for the new Downtown Library is underway. Please join us in an interactive community input process with the Board of Library Trustees, the architect firm Pfeiffer Partners, and other support groups as we discuss the design of the new Downtown Library.

Community Meeting Input Schedule

Over the next three months library Staff and Pfeiffer Partners will be presenting on key components of the design process at the monthly Board of Library Trustees meetings. The meeting schedule announces the meeting dates, meeting locations, and the topic for community input. These meetings are open to public.

September 28, 2009 – 5:00pm in the Downtown Library’s Auditorium

The third phase of the Downtown Library Design process is currently being considered. The third phase will consist of a public meeting where Pfeiffer Architects will present on elevation concepts for the exterior of the building. The meeting date and location will be posted shortly.
