Welcome to the web portal for the City of Riverside's wonderful new learning initiative: The M³P High Performance Learning Center!

Please take some time to explore this action-packed site and familiarize yourselves with our exciting renaissance in learning!  You will discover seven innovative and engaging certificate programs within four unique learning streams.

We have introduced several blended learning solutions involving both state-of-the-art self-paced online courses and instructor-led group discussion sessions.  Also, our traditional 'in class' training will incorporate a dynamic, interactive, and practical approach. 

You can complete an entire certificate program in just four months!  Most individual courses within a program may also be available as 'independent' modules.
