The City provides medical, vision, and dental plans to retiree & COBRA participants through Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser Permanente, Vision Service Plan (VSP), Delta Dental, and Local Dental Advantage. Each insurance plan offers a range of benefits for eligible retiree & COBRA participants and their families.
