Under the Kaiser Permanente HMO Standard Option, participants may only go to Kaiser facilities for all services.  The primary care physician may refer to a specialist, but to only a specialist within Kaiser Permanente.

Coverage is provided through Kaiser facilities.

Dependent children who are full-time students* are covered until age 24, otherwise age 19.
*Full time student is minimum of 12 units per semester/quarter.
