Blue Cross PPO allows participants to choose from an extensive list of PPO providers. Participants are not required to receive a referral from primary doctor to see a specialist on this program.

Each family member may sign up for a different physician.

Dependent children who are full-time students* are covered until age 25, otherwise age 19.
*Full time student is minimum of 12 units per semester/quarter.
