Community Action
Employee Assistance Program (CAEAP)

This program provides confidential professional assistance to help employees and their families resolve problems that affect their personal lives or job performance.  It is available at no cost to employees and their family members with no enrollment necessary.   • Alcohol and drug problems
  • Stress related problems
  • Emotional problems
  • Marital or family problems
  • Children and adolescent problems
  • Coping with separation and divorce
  • Loss of loved ones
  • Eating disorders
  • Money problems
  • Work related problems

Additionally, the following services are available upon request:
  • Coordination of faith based counseling services with a licensed clinical provider
  • Referral to community based Chaplain-related and faith-based resources
To use this service, the employee and/or dependent should contact Community Action EAP at (800) 777-9376.
