Employee Assistance Program (CAEAP)
This program provides confidential professional
assistance to help employees and their families resolve
problems that affect their personal lives or job
performance. It is available at no cost to
employees and their immediate family members with no enrollment
Counselors are available to assist with a variety of
personal, financial, family and work related issues;

that Police Department employees must contact
Counseling Team International for their personal needs.

To use this service, the employee and/or dependent should contact
Community Action EAP at (800) 777-9376.
- Coordination of faith based counseling services with a licensed clinical provider
- Referral to community based Chaplain-related and faith-based resources
The Counseling Team International (TCTI)
The Counseling Team International (TCTI) employee
assistance program is available only to City of Riverside Police
Department employees and their immediate family members. TCTI provides
employee support services to Law Enforcement personnel in a variety of
emotional, personal, financial, family and work related issues, please
