The Program relies on the good faith participation of businesses, patrons and third parties, which are not affiliated with the City of Riverside in any way. The City of Riverside shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused to or suffered by a patron, business, merchant, person or other legal entity, participating in the Program (“Participants”). The City makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, concerning the Participants, their qualifications, products (including warranties of fitness and merchantability), offers, acceptances, representations of any kind, the availability of a product, and fulfillment of a promotion, contest or prize offered through the Program.
