City Charter, the Municipal Code, the Employee/Employer
Relations Resolution, the Memoranda of Understanding between
the City and its various employee bargaining units, State,
or Federal laws.
The provisions stated herein are taken from current policies
and procedures. The provisions of this handbook do not
constitute a contract, express or implied. The City reserves
the right to delete, amend, or, add handbook provisions at
any time, without notice.
