Located on the Main Street Pedestrian Mall between University and Mission Inn Avenues.
 Frequent Skater cards* are available for $50 at the Arts & Cultural Affairs office at City Hall and at the ice skating rink ticket booth. Supplies are limited, so please call Arts & Cultural Affairs at 826-2370 to secure your card. This card will allow you one hour on the ice each day Sunday through Thursday for the entire six-week festival. If you come to the Festival everyday you are eligible to use your card, you could skate 28 times for only $50. This is more than 80% savings potential. Skate rental is extra. You can bring your own skates to use.
* Frequent Skater card value is $10 per visit and can not be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offers upon redemption. Only valid Sundays through Thursdays from November 30, 2008 – January 2, 2009.

Every evening from November 28 to January 4, festivalgoers can enjoy holiday decorations with more than three million twinkling lights along Mission Inn Avenue, ice skating under the stars, horse-drawn carriage rides, live entertainment and of course, Santa Claus.
The Festival takes place in Downtown Riverside on the Main Street Pedestrian Mall where visitors can find a variety of options for dining and unique shopping.
It also features holiday-themed vendors every night, offering specialty food and gift items. Come experience the Festival. Have dinner, shop and enjoy the holiday fun.
