Rhythm of Riverside
Get your groove on for free at the Rhythm of Riverside
this Wednesday, July 23rd from 6 to 9 p.m. at Fairmount
Park. This week it’s a
Beatles tribute band “Hard Day’s Night.” Family
activities include a bounce
house, face painting and balloon artist. Food vendors
are also available, so
grab a blanket or beach chair and come on out.
Free Movies in Riverside
Check out Movies on Main, a free event that offers
family-friendly movies and
entertainment downtown. This Thursday, July 24th it’s
“The Nut Job” at 8 p.m.
Come early as there will be entertainment starting at 7
And if you miss this showing, you can still catch the
movie in our parks.
“The Nut Job” plays Friday, July 25th at Villegas Park
from 8 to 10 p.m. and
Saturday, July 26th at Bryant Park from 8 to 10 p.m.
Start and end times
are approximate with movies beginning at dusk.
This Weekend at the Fox and Muni
Three great acts perform in Riverside this weekend. Don
Judy Collins, The Doobie Brothers and The Cult. The fun

Orange and Lemon Streets. The show features One Hundred
Shoppy and Alien Ant Farm.
National Night Out is Tuesday, August 5th from 6 to 9
p.m. The event is a
community-wide crime prevention program sponsored
locally by the
Riverside Police Department and our local businesses.
