Riverside’s Sendai Relief Fund
The City of Riverside expresses its condolences to
all who are affected by the earthquake, tsunami and
nuclear crisis in Japan, especially its Sister City Sendai.
It’s more important than ever that we extend a helping hand
to our friends in Japan. The
City of Riverside is close to
reaching its goal of $1 million dollars for relief efforts in
Sendai.

Weekend traffic buzz!
On Thursday, April 28, Magnolia Avenue will be closed
from 3 a.m. until Friday,
April 29, at 8 a.m. The
second
weekend closure will be Saturday, April 30, at 6 a.m. and
the road will reopen on Sunday, May 1, at 5 p.m.

The proceeds from this event go
to helping local charities supported by the Riverside East Rotary
Club. This fantastic event begins Friday, April 29, and continues
