Riverside’s Sendai Relief Fund

The City of Riverside expresses its condolences to
all who are affected by the earthquake, tsunami and
nuclear crisis in Japan, especially its Sister City Sendai. 
It’s more important than ever that we extend a helping hand
 to our friends in Japan. The City of Riverside has set a goal
 to raise $1 million dollars for relief efforts in Sendai. Click

This weekend at the Fox

Internationally acclaimed violin virtuoso Jourdain Urbach
will perform live with the Riverside County Philharmonic
 at the Fox on Saturday, April 9, at 7:30 p.m. Masterful
 storyteller, humorous philosopher and uncompromising
 artist, Arlo Guthrie proves that folk music is alive and well.
He takes the Fox stage Sunday, April 10, at 7:30 p.m.

More than 100 domestic and international films will be shown
this year at the Riverside International Film Festival. The film
 festival launches April 8 and continues through April 17, 2011,
at the Ultra Star Cinemas in University Village.

making a comeback in Riverside. The first La Sierra
Grand Prix is an event the entire family can enjoy. It
will be held on May 15, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., at 4204
