Riverside’s Long Night of Arts & Innovation to Feature Over 130 Exhibits!

The Long Night of Arts & Innovation showcases Riverside’s exceptional talent in the arts, the performing arts, science and technology, and the culinary arts & sciences. Between 6 p.m. and midnight, you will have a chance to see more than 130 world class exhibits, all in Downtown Riverside.

Just a few options that attendees will have include:

  • Experiencing the adrenaline rush of a business plan “fast-pitch” at the Power of Innovation series
  • Hearing 2007 MacArthur Genius Award winner Cheryl Hayashi talk about spiders and spider silk
  • Peering into the heavens through the Keck telescope with UCR Professor Mohasher
  • Gaining insights into plant life from “Avatar” consultant Jodie Holt
  • Playing with NAO, the friendly robot from California Baptist University
  • Watching the amazing Greg Adamson create a mural in the Riverside Art Museum
  • Hearing La Sierra University’s Heritage Band and Riverside County Philharmonic play
  • Watching musical theater come alive with Performance Riverside
  • Experiencing food creativity by witnessing Chef Marla from Phood on Main and the Riverside Community College Culinary Institute demonstrate innovative foods and cooking techniques
