Local Riverside businesses have been selected as finalists for the 11th Annual Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards. Joan Nguyen of MeriEducation and Drew Jorgenson of OmniPlatform have been nominated.
The Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at San Bernardino announced 27 outstanding entrepreneurs for the 2013 Spirit Awards which recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of the Inland Empire’s top entrepreneurial business leaders. The award covers nine categories, including categories ranging from Family Business to Corporate Entrepreneur.
Selected from a pool of more than 160 nominees, MeriEducation and OmniPlatform were two Riverside businesses selected.

Since 2003, the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship has honored more than 200 entrepreneurs as finalist and bestowed the coveted Spirit Award to 70 entrepreneurs. The awards event will take place November 19th at the Ontario Convention Center. The gala includes a cocktail reception, dinner, entertainment and awards.
