| City of Riverside, CA. - May 10, 2004 - Marking significant growth in
the gaming technology industry, QMotions, Inc. announced today the relocation
of its corporate headquarters to the City of Riverside's 56-acre University
Research Park (URP), which provides intellectual and business development
support and competitiveness to small and expanding technology-based companies. Occupying
approximately 12,000 square feet of the 25,000-square-foot facility, the
relocation will accommodate the firm's 15 employees and warehouse space.
QMotions is scheduled to move from its current Riverside location in fourth

the City of Riverside's Economic Development Department and regional economist,
John Husing, demonstrates Riverside's total city population of 255,802
recorded in the 2000 Census included 168,303 people with an average household
income of $82,939, or a total income of $4.4 billion. The results prove

second larges natural and organic foods retailer will relocate its Southern
California and Arizona refrigerated distribution facilities to Riverside. Wild
Oats has signed a long-term agreement with Space Center to occupy approximately
241,00 spare feet of a 437,00 square foot build-to-suit building at Space
Center Sycamore Canyon in the Sycamore Canyon Business Park area of the

Veterinary Service Inc. relocates to Riverside |
| City of Riverside, CA. - An employee owned company and a leading distributor
of animal health products and services, Veterinary Service, Inc. (VSI),
will be consolidating its Perris and Mira Loma facilities and doubling
their existing space by relocating to the Hunter Business Park in the city
of Riverside. The new 102,545 square foot warehouse/ distribution
center located at 935 Palmyrita Avenue was built by a development partnership
of Richard Stenton, Mission Equity, Jim Barton, Barton Development and
Bob and Brian Tanklage of Tanks Enterprises LLC. This new facility
will store and distribute veterinary supplies such as birdseed, cat and

Angelides presents Smart Growth grant to Riverside |
| City of Riverside, CA. - State Treasurer Phil Angelides today presented
the City of Riverside with a grant in the amount of $300,000 for a program
to encourage development of single-family homes on infill lots within neighborhoods. The
grant is being awarded by the California Pollution Control Financing Authority,
chaired by the Treasurer, as part of the new Sustainable Communities Grant
