Mixed UseRegency Towers

Representing a $70 million investment, Regency Tower is Riverside’s tallest privately owned building. This office building is designed with three levels of underground parking and 10 above ground floors with 250,000 square feet of prime Class A office space. Regency Tower will be located at the corner of Tenth and Orange in historic downtown.

Fox Plaza

Located in downtown Riverside, this premier mixed-use development will bring up to 530 for-sale residential units; including live/work lofts and condos, a 125-unit, 5-story Hyatt Place hotel and up to 45,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. This project is designed to integrate with the Fox Theatre and Mission Inn as well as embrace the history of downtown Riverside.

The Towers at Riverwalk

The Towers at Riverwalk features twin four story professional office buildings, totaling 200,000 square feet. When this phase of Class A office is completed Turner Riverwalk with 500,000 square feet of office space, will be one of the largest master planned office campuses in the entire Inland Empire.

Surado Corporate Center

Located in Riverside’s prestigious University Research Park, Surado Corporate Center is a state-of-the art 35,776 square foot two-story Class “A” office building. With close proximity to University of California, Riverside Surado Corporate Center will feature state-of-the-art design and construction and be pre-wired for fiber connectivity.

Madison Plaza

This 115,000 five story office building and parking structure, developed by Peninsula Retail Partners is part of a mixed-use center that includes several on-site employee-friendly amenities including an upscale health club and restaurant offerings

Intellicenter

Developed by KDC IntellicenterRiverside is a 3-story, 159,000 sq. ft. office building that will be built in accordance with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) specifications. Features of the design include raised flooring that enables more efficient airflow systems as well as easier access for communication networking.

Canyon Crossings Corporate Center

Canyon Crossings Corporate Center, located at the intersection of the 60 and 215, is a high profile, freeway-adjacent location with convenient access to this busy corridor. Planned for two, three-story class A office buildings at 72,000 sq ft. each, these corporate identity buildings will feature 24,000 sq. ft. floor plans providing even greater flexibility.
