Our City is a leading economic force - experiencing growth on all levels: population, retail, and office and the biggest change is our maturing into the high-end retail market. Great strides are being made towards enhancing the City of Riverside’s overall quality of life. From the Parks, Recreation and Community Services’ park improvements to the Public Works’ street improvements to the Library’s additions and (extra)enhancements, our City is definitely on the move.

Riverside added more than 2.5 million sq. ft. of industrial space - bringing its total to nearly 35 million sq. ft. And more than 2 million sq. ft. of Class A office space has either been built or is under construction, proposed,(delete comma here) or in the entitlement stage. Canyon Springs and Canyon Crossings have added retail to the mix in Riverside; the Galleria at Tyler has begun its expansion (the expansion is almost completed so it should say, the Galleria at Tyler has recently expanded to provide an entertainment hotspot for residents or something along those lines); and Riverside Plaza continues to serve the city as a high-energy, lifestyle center.
