3. Closed Session – Case Review Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, the Commission will adjourn to Closed Session to discuss issues pertaining to PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERSONNEL MATTERS.

PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will take place after the introduction of each agenda item, but prior to a guest speaker's presentation and / or the Commission's discussion of the item. Each speaker may address the Commission for up to three (3) minutes. During officer-involved death deliberations, family members or a family spokesperson may address the Commission for up to five (5) minutes.
