Pursuant to Government code
section 54954.2 the Community Police Review Commission will conduct a
meeting at the above PLEASE NOTE:
Members of the public who wish to address the Commission must complete and
submit to the Clerk a blue "Request to Speak"
Public comment will take place after the introduction of each agenda item,
but prior to a guest speaker's presentation and / or the

Public comment on any subject matter within the Commission's jurisdiction.

Amendment and Laws of Search & Seizure by Matt Reilly, Appellate Prosecutor,
B) Update on 1) “Excited Delirium and Arrest-Related Deaths” training presentation, and 2) In-Custody Deaths Seminar presented by The Institute for the Prevention of In-Custody Deaths.

6. Officer-Involved Death (OID) Evaluation Process A) Continued discussion and action, if any, on the Sanchez OID. B) Continued discussion and action, if any, of the Acevedo OID.
7. OID Minority Reports Format
As inclusion of
Minority Reports in OID Public Reports has been approved by the Commission,
discussion and A) the acceptable minority report format, B) the process of accepting a minority report’s inclusion in an OID Public Report, and C) the inclusion of this process in the CPRC By-Laws / Policies & Procedures.
