"The Community Police
Review Commission was created in order to promote public confidence in the
professionalism and accountability of the sworn staff of the Pursuant to Government code section 54954.2 the Community Police Review Commission will conduct a meeting at the above time and place for the purpose of transacting or discussing business as identified on this agenda. Any member of the public wishing to address the board on any of today’s agenda items should submit a “Request to Speak” form to the Administrative Secretary prior to the commencement of the meeting.

4. Meeting for January 21, 2009 Discussion of whether to hold meeting for work on OIDs due to Chair’s absence on this date.
This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Commission on any subject matter that is within the Commission's jurisdiction. Each speaker should complete a "Request to Speak" form and submit it to the Clerk.
If you wish to comment on a specific agenda item, complete a "Request to Speak" form and submit it to the Clerk, noting the number of the agenda item on which you wish to speak.

Hill Officer-Involved Death (OID) Evaluation Process Discussion of the Commission's public report regarding the officer-involved death of Joseph Hill on October 19, 2006, Stage II, Fact Certification Process: A) Commission Discussion of Underlying Facts B) Identification of Additional Facts for Future Commission Discussion, if any C) Initiate discussion of Stage III, Policy & Procedure Certification Process
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, commissioners may use this time to make brief announcements or a brief report on his or her own activities.
